Reporting a problem with an app
It helps us fix things faster if you include:
- the app's name and version (usually under Settings or About in the app)
- your device model and iOS version
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- a screenshot, if you can take one
Your data
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email the same address. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
