This policy explains what personal information IPM Foundry handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and any app published by IPM Foundry that links here.

Who we are

IPM Foundry is a software practice based in Brooklyn, New York. For anything in this policy, contact admin@ipmfoundry.com.

This website

This website has no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising, and it does not set cookies. It loads nothing from third parties. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives standard request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

Our apps

Each app we publish lists the data it collects on its App Store page, under App Privacy. Where an app collects more than this policy describes, we add an app-specific section here before it is released. Across all our apps:

• We collect only what the app needs to work, and we do not sell personal information.
• Usage analytics, where an app uses them, record how features are used. They do not include your name, email address, the content of notifications you receive, or your device's push token.
• If you allow notifications, your device's push token is used only to deliver them.
• If you sign in with Apple, we receive only what you choose to share.
• Crash and performance diagnostics come from Apple, and only if you have chosen to share them with app developers in your device settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing admin@ipmfoundry.com. Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU and some US states, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them. You can turn off notifications, and the sharing of diagnostics with app developers, at any time in your device's settings.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how an app handles your information, we will say so in that app's release notes.
